Zdenek Fencak

Overview

In 1981 they performed at their first competition, during their competitive career they achieved the highest performance classes - M-Class in both styles Standard and Latin.

In 1988, they moved to Austria, where they represented Austria for many years and were members of the Austrian National Team in Latin American and 10 Dance. For the Czech Republic they were National semi-finalist, for Austria they competed in the European Cup Final.

In 1993 they got engaged and from 1994 they started their career as the coaches. At the University of Vienna, they completed a coaching school in 1998 to become state-tested first class instructors for DanceSport. Also Zdenek Fencak is a World DanceSport Federation WDSF Licensed Adjudicator. He has judged many WDSF events:

• Multiple WDSF International Open and World Open in Standard and Latin in (Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Spain, Latvia, Hungry, Italy, Greece)
• 2015 WDSF World Senior I Latin Championship in Salou (Spain)
• 2016 WDSF World Adult Cup 10 Dance in Riga (Latvia)
• 2016 WDSF World Youth 10 Dance Championships in Riga (Latvia)
• 2017 WDSF World Adult Standard Cup in Johor Bahru (Malaysia)
• 2018 WDSF European Formation Latin Championship in Kalisz (Poland)

Since 1998, they have managed to bring many of their trustees to the dream titles of the Republic Champions in all ages, and with their couples they have performed almost the whole world.

Since 2007 they have been coaches in the Czech Republic where they have established their own dance club - TK Starstep.
